- Develop and plan paid social campaigns for numerous Red Bull initiatives including, but not limited to: overall strategy, pacing by phase, creative optimization, and technical implementation.
- Manage and maintain budget for key Red Bull TV campaigns on social media
- Build social marketing plans in conjunction with Communications, Brand, and Red Bull TV marketing team to drive stream viewership from social throughout the campaign.
- Review campaign performance daily and continually optimize & refine strategy to increase tune-in.
- Maintain „always on“ paid social campaigns to further amplify best-performing content.
- Provide all the necessary data for creation of recaps of social campaigns to further communicate the importance, and creativity in paid social.
- Liaise directly with Red Bull TV Program Marketing to ensure best-in-class social deliverables
- Liaise directly with Red Bull TV Analytics to illustrate the effect of paid social media efforts on program tune-in
- Manage information flow and data cleanliness across multiple projects, dashboards and integrations as needed.
- Ensure Red Bull TV events are marketed across the full spectrum of social including via Red Bull accounts, Red Bull TV accounts, Partner / Influencer accounts, and through paid, earned, and owned social.
- Educate and train country and project teams on how to best utilize paid social media
- Prepare and layout campaign structure for paid social campaigns by creating the necessary pixels, custom audiences, custom conversions, tracking parameters, and targeting outline.
- Align with various channels and countries to create one coordinated global social campaign by ensuring accurate post tagging, and continually syncing on overall strategy, tactics, and optimization methods.
- Identify top-performing content and leverage what’s working to further refine overall paid social strategy.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise directly with Red Bull Marketing Insights to provide campaign data for further analysis
- Work with the larger social media team to create campaigns to support quality tune-in to Red Bull TV.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
- Minimum 5 years of related overall experience in Digital Marketing.
- Solid experience in project management with exceptional planning skills.
- Experience in consulting / digital education a plus.
- Strong understanding of web and social media technology landscape
- Background in performance-based social media marketing
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing and experience delivering strategic solutions in that space
- Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully, with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Team player
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or similar field.
English fluency (native) required, multilingual is a bonus
