Responsibilities:
- Build long-term client relationships with existing portfolio of clients/agencies
- Develop successful advertising clients campaigns on Twitter
- Implement and optimize campaign performance using internal tools and data analysis
- Resolve campaign issues and implement process improvements
- Work in tandem with Account Executives to onboard new advertisers
- Help advertisers build and execute effective Twitter strategy, Twitter campaigns and measure results
- Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving social media landscape, and adapting to Twitter’s ongoing product developments
- Mentoring new team members as our organisation grows
- Vertical experience is a plus – particularly in retail, technology, travel, or entertainment
- Represent Twitter at key client meeting and industry events
Requirements:
- Proven successful track record of Sales/Account Manager experience in online/digital media is a plus
- BA/BSc Degree or equivalent preferred
- Deep understanding of Twitter, the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers
- Fluency in German & English
- Demonstrated career success to date
- Positive attitude and incredible work ethic
- Creativity and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams
- A passion for Twitter and Technology!
