Consumer Social Media Intern (m/w/d)
Your tasks and responsibilities will be
- Sprout account management – users and profiles
- Social media reporting
- Account passwords, users, profiles curation
- Social media email account creation
- TikTok community management
- Trello board management – social, influencer, newsroom
- Digital asset library (DAM) management – Teams and BrandZone
- Instagram tagging
- Process documentation – publishing checklist, community guidelines, etc.
- Competitive analysis
- Social listening
- Twitter consolidation management
As an ideal candidate, you will bring these qualities to the role:
- Have a keen understanding of social media – primarily Instagram and TikTok
- You are highly organized and interested in what happens behind the scenes of social media including process workflows, content creation, curation, publishing, reporting and more
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
