Corporate Global Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will work in an exciting and international environment and contribute personally to the company’s success. You can expect challenging tasks and projects such as

  • Global social media issue and reputation management at BSH
  • Governance owner of the global issues management process as well as operational management of sensitive and critical issues in social media
  • Advise social media managers worldwide on critical issues and conduct regular trainings
  • Application, maintenance and further development of monitoring and reporting tools
  • Strategic development, communication and community management of the global BSH social media accounts

Your profile

  • University degree in media/communications/marketing or equivalent degree and/or qualification
  • Proven expertise (5+ years) in social media issues management and excellent knowledge of relevant social media channels
  • Analytical mindset as well as structured and highly reliable way of working. Independent working mode, self-confident but tactful presence
  • Strong team player as well as excellent intercultural and coordination skills
  • Business fluent in English and German
