We’re looking for a Country Manager to lead our growth efforts in Germany. You’ll develop a strategy based on local insights and will manage community building, marketing, partnership and PR initiatives, as well as other priorities that you identify. You’ll build a small team to help you execute on your local strategy and to drive growth in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth plan for the German market

• Serve as the owner of our German growth and engagement metrics

• Ensure that local product requirements are considered in our overall roadmap and that the local voice of Pinterest is warm, helpful and honest

• Act as an external spokesperson for Pinterest in Germany

• Cultivate relationships with partners that contribute great content to the Pinterest ecosystem

• Recruit and develop an amazing local team

Requirements

• Experience growing and supporting online communities, including experience in community building, marketing, partnerships and PR

• 10+ years managing and leading teams

• Deep understanding of the German consumer internet landscape

• Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset

• Fluency in German and English

• A passion for Pinterest

This is a full-time position based in Berlin, Germany. You’ll report to the Head of International in San Francisco, CA.
