- Responsible for the further development, updating and maintenance of the Communications Portal
- Taking charge of the project dealing with the migration of the Global Intranet Portal to the new One-Web/Jive environment, including the conception, realization, testing and implementation (interface to external and internal service providers)
- Building up an active Group-wide Communication Community within the Social Network
- Editorial responsibility for the homepage (incl. Online-News and the Ask Emilio format) as well as the Capability Building page
- Managing and coordinating all Group Communications staff responsible for content
- Developing training programs for Online Community Managers in Communications as well as a „train the trainer“ concept to be introduced throughout the Group
- Responsible for the further development of e-learning programs and applications
- Responsible for knowledge management and the exchange of best practice within the global Communication Community
- Preferably university degree in media management, communications science, journalism, IT or comparable studies
- Several years of experience in content management of intranets, creation of new intranet sites, etc.
- Experience of social media, particularly internal social media tools and as Social Media Community Manager
- Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects and collaborating with IT experts
- Several years of experience as (online) editor
- Spoken and written English
- Very good spoken and written German language skills
- Very good Power Point skills, good Excel and Word skills
- Extremely good strategic and analytical mindset
- Ability to implement concepts and ideas quickly, pragmatically and in good quality
- Very autonomous and results-oriented working methodhigh degree of motivation
- Communicative, diplomatic and good team player
