We’re looking for a Influence & Social Media Manager to join our Communications team.
Aufgabenstellung:
MISSIONS
- Build the influence strategy for the brand in Germany (both with the International Communication Department in Paris and the GM)
- Plan, develope, and implement local strategies
- Create and animate influencers & content creators (IG, TT, Youtube)
- Mailing; Shopping;
- Organize local influencers events (budget, listing, catering, presentation) to sustain hero products and launches, boutique openings
- Organize influencer trips to Paris office & Caudalie’s Spas
- Local social media: handle local facebook page in collaboration with global team in Paris + answer German influencers through Caudalie social media pages.
- Create and develop VIP’s local strategy
- Work on local partnerships with our local marketing team,
- Collect and analyze media coverage (EMV) using Kolsquare + reports to global
- Follow the local budget
Anforderungen:
PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have a great network of beauty, lifestyle influencers, especially with VIPs, Make up artists, and trendsetters in Germany & must be highly motivated and KPIs-driven with solid beauty experience (minimum 3 years) – strong contacts in the sector are a must have.
You are confident, motivated, engaged, and possess a great team spirit ! Fluent English is required (French will be a plus).
COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
- Permanent Position with a beginning ASAP
- Location : Dusseldorf and regular trips in Europe (mostly France and Germany).
