Manager Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

Your assignment

  • Internal communication: manage internal communications channels and content on trade-specific and general topics for global internal media
  • S+B Intranet: responsible for structure, groupwide content creation and ensuring technical functionalities, incl. agency management
  • Digital communication: responsible for internal and external digital channels, incl. strategic planning, content creation and management from the S+B Group perspective and evaluating impact to adjust strategy accordingly
  • Brand management: coordinate and support branding initiatives and ensure branding guidelines globally
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to internal stakeholders across S+B Group on communications campaigns
  • Steer agencies and trade media partners for quality communications
  • Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to achieve high quality, up-to-date content and appropriate reach of audiences
  • Support the Director Corporate Communications in daily communication activities, projects and strategic initiatives

Your background

  • Master degree in Communications, Business Administration or other related field
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and German; French is a plus
  • At least 4 years experience in comparable roles in a multinational organization or wanting to move from a global agency to ‚the other side‘
  • Proven track record of international cross channel communication content creation and communication process / project management
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and storytelling in an industry environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with equal quality and translate complex topics into appropriate communication for different target groups
  • Effective in collaborating with stakeholders on all organizational levels
  • Curious, flexible and self-motivated team player with the drive to make a difference
