Your tasks

  • Support the management of Uniper’s external digital channels with a special focus on social media and website
  • Manage and evolve the website performance management and optimization, incl. SEO/SEA/SEM in collaboration with Uniper Businesses
  • Support and advise internal stakeholders in effectively managing their online and social media activities
  • Develop and implement communication activities, tools and campaigns especially for social media to support Uniper’s overarching positioning and business activities, including storyline and content creation as well as performance management
  • Ensure consistency of the communication activities regarding core messages and corporate design across all our external digital channels
  • Work closely with colleagues especially within Corp. Communication & Governmental Relations and IT, and with communication and marketing contacts across Uniper
  • Work closely with and manage IT and communications service providers as well as design and media agencies

Your profile

  • Master degree in business administration, communication, marketing or similar
  • Several years of experience in online and social media, with a special focus on website and Social Media channels from a content, process and technical perspective
  • Profound experience in performance management/SEO/SEA/SEM
  • Solid knowledge of tracking tools, automation tools and Social Media tools
  • Profound experience in implementing and driving online marketing campaigns combining websites and Social Media channels
  • Deep understanding of analytical aspects of marketing trends and their performance
  • Solid content creation and storytelling skills
  • Solid experience in managing online communication projects and steering service providers and agencies
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills
  • Highly organized and capable of working on multiple tasks to tight deadlines
  • High motivation, flexibility, integrity, and willingness to take over responsibility
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
