This is what you do in our team:

  •  Independent lead generation strategy development for all relevant social media platforms
  • Conception, setup, evaluation and optimisation of paid and organic campaigns
  • Monitoring the performance of these campaigns in the respective ads interface and with the help of our specific Tableau reports
  • Responsible use of a 7-figure marketing budget
  • Creating reports and analysing KPIs to determine performance-based measures and optimisations
  • Working closely with the design team to create industry standard social media creatives
  • Campaign Setup and testing for new social media platforms
  • Contributing new ideas that will have a strong impact on performance
  • Close cooperation with account managers from the most important social media platforms

This is what you are good at:

  •  At least 5 years of experience in international paid social media marketing with a clear focus on performance
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and develop additional growth with new ideas and concepts
  • An organised working style and hands-on mentality
  • Motivated and eager to contribute to a multicultural and experienced team
  • Willingness to constantly develop and independently adopt best practices per platform
  • High motivation and personal responsibility
  • Derive satisfaction from making a difference
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, any other foreign language is a plus
