German Entrepreneurship promotes innovation in companies of all sizes, from DAX-listed corporations to medium-sized companies and startups. Among others, we run the German Accelerator, which specializes in international expansion and is proudly financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, as well as the Master Accelerator in Munich, and we are one of the co-founders of the EU-India InnoCenter, a project supported by the European Union. Since its foundation in 2008, the team has accompanied more than 730 startups on their way, including industry giants such as Flixbus, Foodora, Celonis, N26, and Signavio. In addition, German Entrepreneurship supports medium-sized companies and DAX-listed corporations in the field of corporate innovation, for example, by setting up their own innovation units or corporate accelerators.
Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Ads Manager (m/w/d) with extensive knowledge in the field of social media marketing strategies and social media Ads.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase our brand presence and traffic on our social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content that attracts the target audience and encourages interactions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive activities and develop advertising strategies as a result.
- Create, place, and monitor paid social media ads on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Continuous optimization of ad placement to maximize performance and ROI
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and produce regular reports to evaluate campaign success.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, graphic design, and content creation to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Active community management tasks to respond to comments, messages, and customer requests and maintain brand image
Your profile
The Requirements:
- Experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar position
- Knowledge of various social media platforms and their functions, especially in the field of ad placement
- Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns, including target segmentation and budget management
- strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive insights from them and take action.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to create compelling content
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns
