We are looking for a flexible, dynamic and creative “Social Media Content Creator” who would like to work in an international and intercultural environment.
What are your responsibilities?
- Collaborate with the Social Media team for planning, strategy and goal setting
- Create and present content over various social channels using a wide variety of skills, including video, design and photography.
- Be the face of the FitLine brand for social media
- Build engagement with followers via Lives and interactive content
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to social channels to support the social media, marketing and creative team
- Have an “always-on” mentality, keeping a pulse on trends, new platform features and best practices
- Participate in storyboarding, development, and post-production of design or video concepts from inception through completion
- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
The Social Media Content Creator will support the International Communications Department in the planning, creating, editing and distribution of content following PM-International’s marketing and communications strategy (both internally and externally) while activating in social media, blogs, web platforms and all media activities. Their role is to hands on contribute to the content strategy with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while working in front of and behind the camera.
What are the requirements?
- 2+ years of social media experience in content creation for Social Media channels
- Talent in storytelling and community building via written and visual communication
- Strong presentation skills, with a passion for creative content development and delivery in a fast space company and customer-facing capacity
- Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and relevant marketing tactics per platform
- Understanding of Social Media ad formats, specs, the types of creative best optimized across platforms
- An enthusiasm for healthy lifestyle, wellness, sports, and beauty
- Feeling comfortable in front of the camera
- Knowledge of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram video and any other social-based upload and sharing platform
- A solid understanding of cameras, equipment and associated gear, lighting, sound, etc.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects is an asset
- Experience in Direct Sales market is an asset
- Maintain awareness and understanding of health, fitness, and beauty news, as well as social, digital communications and industry developments that apply to the position and responsibilities
- Well-organized with great time management skills
- You are a team player, proactive and reliable
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Work permit in Luxembourg required
