Your tasks
You will be responsible for further developing and implementing our social media strategy across digital and social platforms and markets around the globe. By exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap, you will improving customer and candidate engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue generation. Your specific tasks will include defining the technological and content roadmap for our company website, as well as working with external vendors and coordinating DHLC‘s internal efforts. You will also create editorial calendars and syndication schedules, define relevant KPI’s for our online activities and optimize operations by analyzing social media metrics and best practices.

Your profile

  • At least two years of experience in digital media strategy, with a focus on brand awareness, business development and candidate attraction
  • Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and other social media; knowledge of search engine optimization and web traffic metrics
  • Experience in audience and persona research; sound understanding of social media KPI‘s
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • University degree or comparable higher education; fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask; able to think critically and solve problems efficiently; articulate and collegial
