Your Responsibilities:

• Develop a social media strategy for the Chinese market taking into account the role of each channels, focusing on reach to increase brand awareness and brand engagement
• Responsible for the content strategy for all Chinese channels in line with the global social calendar as well as the market-specific content, oversee the production in close collaboration with the creative team and the social club team
• Liaise closely with internal teams in terms of brand collaborations & market-specific campaigns
• Responsible for daily posting on social channels (Weibo / Wechat / Little Red Book)
• Responsible for community management
• Continue to innovate, test and learn based on the ever-changing social landscape in China
• Closely monitor our key competitors and innovators
• Manage the social media agencies in China
• Collaborate with the global PR team to develop influencer programs and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about Mytheresa
• Responsible for the weekly / monthly performance monitoring with clearly defined KPI and ensure the continuous improvement
• Reports into Chief Customer Experience Officer & Managing Director

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
• Several years of work experience, preferred in the field of luxury responsible for Chinese social media channels
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Precise and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of the customer needs
• Enthusiastic, innovative and creative
• Result-oriented, operational, strong organizational skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
