Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a social media strategy for the Chinese market taking into account the role of each channels, focusing on reach to increase brand awareness and brand engagement
- Responsible for the content strategy for all Chinese channels in line with the global social calendar as well as the market-specific content, oversee the production in close collaboration with the creative team and the social club team
- Liaise closely with internal teams in terms of brand collaborations & market-specific campaigns
- Responsible for daily posting on social channels (Weibo / Wechat / Little Red Book)
- Responsible for community management
- Continue to innovate, test and learn based on the ever-changing social landscape in China
- Closely monitor our key competitors and innovators
- Manage the social media agencies in China
- Collaborate with the global PR team to develop influencer programs and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about Mytheresa
- Responsible for the weekly / monthly performance monitoring with clearly defined KPI and ensure the continuous improvement
- Reports into Chief Customer Experience Officer & Managing Director
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
- Several years of work experience, preferred in the field of luxury responsible for Chinese social media channels
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Precise and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of the customer needs
- Enthusiastic, innovative and creative
- Result-oriented, operational, strong organizational skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
