For our FRANKFURT am Main office, we are looking for a

Global Social Media & Influencer Marketing (m/w/d)

 

Main Tasks

  • Develop and implement global social media brand strategies, influencer strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness together with local markets and agencies (key focus markets are Germany, China and South-Korea)
  • Oversee global day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social and influencer networks, with focus on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube together with local markets
  • Manage the editorial and communications events calendar and editorial calendar for our social updates in close coordination with local markets and influencers
  • Provide content and campaign ideas for local and global channels
  • Monitor global social media progress and performance using web analytic tools
  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyse data, and research the best ways to increase traffic
  • Review the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve and share and scale best practices globally
  • Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets together with global and local marketing
  • Secure new media, influencer, and agency partnerships
  • Guide / educate global and local teams and external partners
  • Drive and manage engagement with social media influencers
  • Monitor customer issues through social media and secure customer service will resolve these
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunitiesProvide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists

 

Professional experiences / qualifications

  • University’s degree in marketing, PR, or related field (background in behavioural psychology would be a plus)
  • At least five years of social media management experience in a global or multilingual environment
  • Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience in cooperation with local markets and agencies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Experience with Social Media Management Tools
  • Agency Management Skills
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Business-savvy, curious by nature and able to quickly adapt
  • Digital / social savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong creative and design skills to develop leading concepts
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Video-editing software is preferable
