For our Marketing Communications Team we are looking for a Social Media/Community Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) to start immediately. The Marketing Communications Team is responsible for articulating and implementing a holistic communication strategy (B2B/B2C) delivering on company identified priorities and targets.
Your responsibilities
- Develop an integral social media approach (B2B focus) based on strategic company goals
- Create, implement, and manage customized social media content (emphasis on LinkedIn)
- Monitor channels, control the dialogue, and take part in constructive interaction with users (community management)
- Analyze activities and present reports to the management showcasing the results
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends as well as best practices to ensure relevant and effective measures are in place
- Leverage social media insights to support the management and implementation of marketing campaigns
Your profile
- Degree in the field of communication, media, (digital) marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the management of professional social media accounts
- Particularly expertise with LinkedIn, or at least a strong affinity for this platform
- Proficient in German and English (both C1 level)
- High-level communication and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded character who knows that a strong team spirit is a natural component of success
