What you can expect
We are looking for a Social Media Manager, to take responsibility for Facebook and support content planning for further social networks. In this role, you will create audience-specific content to increase user engagement and explore other relevant social media platforms, such as Pinterest, to identify its potential for flaconi.
What you can expect in this role
- One of your main tasks will be planning, creating and publishing of content on our social media profiles, especially Facebook
- You are responsible for the further development of the respective channels and the co-development of our social media strategy, together with our Head of Social Media
- You create appealing content that engages our customers and fosters their interaction
- Also, testing new content ideas and formats in terms of subjects and visualization, followed by the respective evaluation and iteration of the implemented measures falls within your area of responsibility
Your essential experience and education
- Completed studies in the fields of Media, Communication, Economics, or a similar field
- First years of professional experience in social media or content management
- Profound knowledge of the common social media platforms, such as Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram, as well as their functionalities
- Excellent German and English skills, paired with strong communication skills and the ability to engage and reach different audiences
- You have a passion for beauty and keep up to date with the current developments in the social media industry
