Specialist HR Social Media for the region UK (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the most relevant social media channels for E.ON in the UK based on the group wide Social Media Strategy and after clearance with the Center of Competence
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date social media editorial plan
  • Moderate and oversee E.ON’s presence on relevant social media sites and E.ON’s career website
  • Managing online discussions by listening and responding to users in a timely and authentic manner
  • Raise awareness of E.ON as attractive employer by executing a social media editorial plan using the most appropriate social media channels
  • Encourage the generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation

Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent education
  • Initial experience in Communications with affinity of Energy topics and the ability to transfer these into HR terms
  • Relevant and proven experience across key social media sites
  • Proficiency of social media skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Engaged to work in an international team, experiences in an international environment beneficial
  • Distinctive English language skills, other European languages are an advantage
  • Distinctive customer and service orientation
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment

Conditions

Limitation: 24 months
Work schedule: Full Time
